Canon battery is a product of superior design and craftsmanship and should be treated with care. The following tips will help you protect your warranty coverage.
- 1. A new battery Canon NP-E3 usually maintains a high status with very low capacity. It is highly recommended to fully charge new battery packs before use. You can view the user guide of your electronic device for instructions load.
- 2. A new battery pack for NP-E3 needs to be circled (fully discharged and recharged) three to five times to reach to its optimum performance.
- 3. Rechargeable battery will undergo self-discharge when left unused for a long period of time. Therefore, should always be stored in a fully charged state and kept in a cool, dry and clean.
- 4. To maintain optimum performance of the battery pack Canon NP-E3, it is recommended to turn (fully discharge and recharge) at least once a month.
- 5. It is normal if a new battery Canon NP-E3 gets hot being charged or used. However, please pay special attention if the battery becomes too hot. This may indicate a problem with the circuit electronic device load. Please consult a qualified technician if necessary.
- 6. New Canon Batteries NP-E3 are difficult to charge. Sometimes, the electronic device may indicate a fully charged condition of 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is first loaded. When this happens, remove the battery and let it cool for about 10 to 15 minutes and then repeat the charging process. Sometimes a new battery suddenly refuse to be charged. If this happens, a suggested solution is to try to remove the battery from the device and reinsert it.
