Need help choosing a laptop?
I'm going to college this year and I need help choosing a laptop. I just want a that can handle all of my school work, more multimedia. Any suggestions on what would be the best type and / or what to put in it?
What is meant by multimedia? For school work and music / video nothing will work. For the game you want a laptop with discrete graphics dedicated alias. Is at the level of an NVIDIA 8600M GT or ATI Radeon 9500 or GM 2600. Multimedia editing means, photo, video or audio. Do you want a laptop is dual-core Intel chip with an Intel chipset, at least 2 GB of RAM, an internal unit of 7,200 rpm, and most importantly, a Texas Instruments Firewire chip. (ADK Pro Audio is an option), the apple is another. HP Workstation line is another (8510W/8710W).
